Daily at 10.30am.

Please arrive a minimum 15 minutes prior to the start time and make yourself known to staff upon arrival.

Maximum of 4 guests per encounter (unless agreed with the Visitor Experience team prior to encounter).

Restrictions:

Children 9 years and older can participate without a parent/guardian; parent/guardian is required to be present to supervise child/children.

Minimum age to participate in encounter is 5 years old. Children aged 5 - 8 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian; parent/guardian is required to purchase encounter ticket.

There is no wheelchair access for this encounter.

Upgrade your visit to Kyabram Fauna Park and Mix with the Meerkats!

Our knowledgeable keepers will guide you through our meerkat habitat whilst you engage and get to know these curious creatures. Come get a closer view and learn about the different and varying enrichment techniques used to keep our mob healthy and promote natural behaviours. Each behind the scenes experience will be unique, allowing our keepers to let the individual animals shine and give them the choice and control on how they participate.

Your participation will help contribute to Zoos Victoria's work to fight wildlife extinction.

Zoo entry not included. Be sure to also book your entry tickets for the same date as your behind-the-scenes experience.
