Zoo Events works closely with you to create the perfect business event, whether it be a small conference, large training day, workshop, family day, lunch and dinner.
We have a flexible range of food and beverage packages, three private function rooms with in-built audio visual and of course, unique animal experiences for both daytime and night time functions. We offer a range of team building activities that will bring the team together and our speaker’s program is engaging and inspiring.

Rainforest Room
A location of pure beauty with views overlooking the lake, two outdoor terraces, cathedral like ceilings, pillarless and floor to ceiling windows, this popular room is perfect for conferences, cocktail and seated events perfect for small or large numbers up to 100 guests.
Bong Su
At the heart of the Elephant trail, bold dark timber panelling, floor to ceiling windows and hidden location, this room is perfect for numbers up to 145 guests.
Special offer: Book a Conference for more than 30 guests in the months of October, November or December 2025 and receive a complimentary 20 minute Ranger talk covering one of the amazing inhabitants of the new Forest of Wonders.
Leopard Lodge
The largest and most versatile space with floor to ceiling sliding doors, outdoor private terrace, access to the train and tram stop and close enough to hear the sounds of the lions roaring, this space is suitable up to 500 guests including the outside terrace.

A Corporate family day at Melbourne or Werribee Open Range Zoo is the perfect way to thank your staff for the a successful year. Book a venue as a hub for your guests to enjoy a BBQ lunch in the heart of the zoo. Celebrate at one of these iconic locations with family friendly activities such as face painting, entertainment and games!
